William L. (Bill) Kelso is a Shareholder in the LBMC Audit and Advisory practice.

Bill often works with clients in connection with an acquisition of businesses, as well as those with reporting requirements to private equity and foreign ownership.
Bill has diversified experience with a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, utilities, and services.
His previous experience includes five years with the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Bill has provided a wide range of offerings to his clients, focusing on financial and internal audit services. He has worked with clients on annual and quarterly reporting for private and public companies, compliance with SEC Internal Audit requirements, initial and secondary public stock offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and to address other significant business issues.
