Kim Pace is a Director in the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she is focused on providing financial due diligence services for both strategic and private equity sponsored buyers and sellers. She brings 10 years of public accounting experience to her role, with the last six years focused on M&A transaction services. In her current position, Kim has managed buy-side and sell-side engagements across various sectors of the manufacturing and distribution industry, as well as technology and construction. She has also gathered transaction experience across a broad range of healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory Services practice in 2019, Kim was a Manager in the firm’s audit department in Chattanooga.

Kim serves on the board of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, Chattanooga Chapter.

Chattanooga, TN (Sept. 18, 2025) LBMC, one of the Southeast’s largest accounting and business consulting firms and a nationally recognized top 40 firm, is pleased to announce that Kim Pace has been named Director, Transaction Advisory Services based in the firm’s growing Chattanooga office.

In her role at LBMC, Pace provides financial due diligence services for both strategic and private equity-sponsored buyers and sellers. She brings 10 years of public accounting experience to the position, with the last six years focused on mergers and acquisitions. Her promotion reflects LBMC’s continued investment in top talent and its ongoing expansion of transaction advisory capabilities across Tennessee and the Southeast.

A key contributor to the firm’s local presence, Pace joined LBMC’s Transaction Advisory Services team in 2019 after serving as a Manager in the firm’s audit department. She has since managed numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, technology, and healthcare.

Pace’s promotion comes at a time of strategic growth for LBMC in Chattanooga, where the firm continues to expand its advisory services to meet increased demand from privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and private equity clients across the region.

Pace holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Lee University and is a CPA. Actively involved in the Chattanooga professional community, she serves on the board of the Chattanooga Chapter of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance and is an active member of ChristWay Community Church including leading the children’s worship.
